Your Privacy Choices
Effective August 10, 2026
In short: Riviy does not sell or share your personal information, so there is no opt-out to offer. You can still ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. This summary is for orientation only — the sections below are the agreement.
1. We do not sell or share your personal information
Under California law, “sell” covers handing personal information to someone else for money or other value, and “share” covers handing it over for cross-context behavioral advertising — being tracked on one site to be advertised to on another.
Riviy does neither, and has not in the preceding twelve months. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and your holdings are never disclosed to anyone.
That is why this page has no opt-out switch. A control that turned off something we do not do would suggest we do it.
2. Who does receive your information
Four service providers, each given only what it needs to do its job, and none of them permitted to use it for their own purposes: Amazon Web Services for hosting and email, Stripe for payments, Google if you choose to sign in with it, and our market-data provider — which receives ticker symbols and nothing that identifies you.
The Privacy Policy describes each of them in full.
3. What you can ask for
These requests are open to you, and to every Riviy user rather than to Californians only:
- Know. What personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we have it, and who we disclosed it to.
- Access. A copy of it.
- Correct. Fix anything inaccurate.
- Delete. Remove your account and its contents, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
- Limit. Restrict our use of sensitive personal information. We use yours only to run the service, which is already the limit this right provides.
4. How to make a request
Access and deletion do not need a request. Both are in the product, under Settings → Data & privacy: download your holdings or your full account record, or close the account. Being signed in is the identity check, so there is nothing to verify and nothing to wait for.
For the rest — knowing, correcting, or limiting — email privacy@riviy.com from the address on your account and say which you want.
We will confirm the request is genuinely yours before acting on it — an account’s holdings are exactly the sort of thing someone might impersonate you to obtain. Deleting an account cannot be undone, so we confirm that one twice.
An authorized agent may act for you with written permission we can verify. We respond within the time California law allows, and will tell you if we need longer.
5. We will not treat you differently for asking
Exercising any of these rights costs you nothing and changes nothing about your price, your access, or the quality of the service. Deleting your account naturally ends it, which is the outcome you asked for rather than a penalty for asking.
